• Remote-friendly. Most of the team is in the DMV but we collaborate async.
• Customer obsession. Every team member talks to real Salesio customers monthly.
• Ship weekly. Releases go out every Friday.
• Bilingual by default. Internal docs and customer-facing copy ship in English + Spanish.
